We want our customers to be completely happy with the photographic prints they have purchased from us. If there is any reason that you are not happy, we would like to know about it. Please get in touch as soon as possible, letting us know what the problem is. We will work out with you whether it is best to refund or replace.

Refunds

Simply return your purchases to us within 30 days, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of your order.

Replacements

Would you rather a replacement? If so, let us know that, and if it is practical we will replace rather than refund.

We take great care when packaging our products for delivery. However, very occasionally they get a rough journey with the postal service or carrier. We are very sorry if this happens to your photograph, but be reassured, we will readily replace or refund any products damaged in transit.
